Shrinking Palestine - An Architectual Challenge __
Palestinians for adaptation courses & mental workshops
To live in closed territories as gated communities with a high population needs a special mental training. Lost collectivity produced by the separation in 13 isolated islands and lost contact with outside people and culture has to be compensated. Adaptation courses for Palestinians and even permanent residents from other countries, recently startet in 2008, give mental support on "Lerned Helpnessless" and "Living inside", but also practical advice like "Dealing with NGOs".
From 2012 after finishing the enclosure an international exchange program will allow several Palestinians to come out for two months every three years (supporting countries: Belgium, Canada, Germany).
